I reside in mumbai.and I work in indian navy.i on leave in hoshiarpur punjab.so I called to mumbai costumercare at 9892098920 and asked for a plan si that my std call rates can be cheaper while iam in roaming.she suggested me to recharge rs 36 so that my std call rates will be reduced to 30 paise per minute .I recharged.and after that I was getting 1 rs per minute cut from my account for each one minute call.i called back to 9892098920 again regarding my problem.then the costumercare exucutive told me that he has lodged my complain and it will be answered within 24 hours.then I asked the complain number from him and he said that it will be sent to ur number shortly.but after that I didnt got any msg regarding my complain .then I called 9892098920 the number of mumbai costumercare airtel.i talked at least 15 times and talked to each and everybody regarding my problem and everyone assured that I will get the complaint number soon.but I didnt got.so I decided to wait for one day hoping that my complain will be addressed.but I didnt got any msg or call regrding that.then today I called the airtel costumercare 9892098920 again then today one costumercare care executive told me that this plan is not applicable in roaming.so I told them all of them with whom which I have talked yesterday have cheated me and given the wrong I formation then she said that I cant do anything.so day before yesterday my balance was 275 rupees and it is reduced to 175 with 1 rupee per minute for each call.so I wwant my money to be refunded as per 30 paise per minute plan or I should be refunded my 36 rupees for the wrong information given by the costumercare exucutive either.plz take necessary action as possible so that these companies cannot cheat costumers. Regards
