    Dear BSNL,

    Am very disappointed with your billing service, am sure there is poor communication in your departments. Recently I cancelled my broadband connection on 30th June and the application was accepted by your employee further to which it was verified and confirmed. Somehow I have received a bill for July 2013, how come there is no check on this prior to issuing the bill, please resolve this issue, once you resend me the actual bill for July 13 and I will be happy to clear the outstanding….
