My landline telephone 2336156 is faulty since three months. My earlier complaints through 198 has not been of any avail. The phone could not be used due to disruption which will affect the eardrums. Of late it is also dead. After making complaints somebody from the department used to call and enquire whether the phone is alright. Afterwards no attempts either to inspect of to take remedial steps. This is quite unbecoming of y0ur department. As a last resort I am mailing this for ur interference.
