I had booked order of Digicam at Flipkart.com (Order no.OD31023085254) and paid them through credit card and they accepted my order and payment too. Today I got a call for cancellation citing the reason that it was pricing error and hence they need to cancel the same. It was Flipkart who reduced the price in order to increase traffic and spread word of mouth but when it comes to serve the order they started cancelling the orders saying that it was pricing error from their end. If it was error from their end then why should consumer bear for it. Even after getting my order cancelled without any kind of request for cancellation initiated from my end I will get my paid amount credited to my account in 10 business days according to their representative. I hereby request you to intervene and stop this fraud.
