My father, 85 yrs. old using landline no. 25524461 for the last 30 yrs. Previously two – month billing was there but now it is on monthly basis BUT BILLS ARE NOT BEING RECEIVED RESULTING IN DELAY IN SUBMITTING OR IT IS BEIING RECEIVED THE SAME DAY THE PAYMENT IS DUE. Further, my bills are coming in excess of its payment plans. Number of Calls have also increased whereas my parents are hardly using the phone because of use of mobiles.. IT SEEMS THERE IS SOME FOULPLAY BEING CARRIED OUT BY LINEMAN WHO MIGHT BE MIXED WITH SOME OTHER PEOPLE / AGENCY. There is no possibility of higher bills. KINDLY GIVE ME THE FOLLOWING DETAILS / INFORMATIONS :
1. Under what plan I am being billed. Intimate about the FREE CALLS EACH MONTH AND PULSE RATE FOR EACH CALL. e.g., Vide bill No. 2059583231, Bill date between 01.08.2011 to 30.09.2011( two month billing), I was given 721 free calls for two months whereas vide bill no. 2503566411, bill date between 01.02.2013 to 28.02.2013 ( monthly billing) there are only 240 free calls were given for one month. On what basis this has been done without informing to the customer / consumer.
2. BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN, AM I GETTING ANY DISCOUNT. PLZ LET ME KNOW.
3. It is requested that call details for the last THREE MONTHS MAY BE PROVIDED TO ME AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE SO THAT REALITY OF CALLS MAY BE KNOWN.
I hope I may receive the desired information at the earliest and pre dispatch of bills before its due date is ensured.
