This is reference to advertisement in newspapers and online advertisement for the scheme declared by Gujarat Housing Board for LIG and MIG Groups.

In continuation of above matter, we are very surprised that, the scheme are basically for Low Income Group (LIG) and Middle Income Group) that is the people who are not affordable to purchase house / property from local builders.

In continuation of above matter, we are very surprised that, the scheme are basically for Low Income Group (LIG) and Middle Income Group) that is the people who are not affordable to purchase house / property from local builders. But the instalment which are shown in broachers / booklet to pay the remaining payment of 75% is next to impossible for LIG and MIG.
The details of scheme and terms and conditions are as under.
1. Applicants will have to pay 25% of total cost per unit (Less amount paid as application deposit ) in two instalments as GHB informs then after they are successful in lots draw. Subsequently, they will have to pay the remaining 75% amount in ten quarterly instalments . In the last installment, maintenance deposit and other charges will also be payable
FOR LIG SCHEME : GHB has shown eligible to apply those who have joint annual income from
Rs. 1,00,000 /- to 2,50,000/- i.e. who is earning Rs 8333 Per Month to 20833 Per Month . So how is it possible to deposit 75% amount in ten quarterly instalment.
For LIG Scheme 10, 75,000/- cost of Per unit. 25% have to pay after successfully draw allotment and remaining 75% will have to pay in ten quarterly instalment. Ie. Rs. 3,22,500/- Per. Annum( Rs. 80625. Per Quarter X 4. Quarter in a year it comes Rs. 3,22,500/-)
For MIG Scheme 22,00,000/- cost of Per unit. 25% have to pay after successfully draw allotment and remaining 75% will have to pay in ten quarterly instalments. Ie. Rs. 6,60,000/- Per. Annum( Rs. 165000. Per Quarter X 4. Quarter in a year it comes Rs. 6,60,000/-)
So is it possible to pay as per the conditions of GHB Rs 3,22,500/- in a year those who earning maximum amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- Per. Annum ???????
the same way for MIG Rs. 6,60,000 in a year those who are earning maximum amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- Per. Annum. ???????
